The Space

We’re a family who loves slow mornings, beach walks, surf lessons, and braais in the garden — and our Muizenberg home is set up perfectly for that lifestyle. It’s a relaxed, real family home with lots of sunlight, views, and spaces where everyone can unwind. The house is a triplex, which works well for families or anyone wanting some privacy while still sharing the same space. Upstairs, the main bedroom has a balcony that looks straight out at the ocean — we often watch the sunrise or check the surf from bed. The second upstairs bedroom has gorgeous Table Mountain views, and there’s a bathroom for each room so mornings stay easy. The middle floor has two more bedrooms (one also with a sea-view balcony) and another bathroom — a great setup for kids, teens, or another family joining. Downstairs is the heart of our home: an open-plan lounge and kitchen where we cook, read, play, and hang out with the doors open to the garden. Outside, we have a back patio with a built-in braai where we eat most of our summer meals, plus a fully enclosed front garden that’s been a safe play space for our kids. The estate has 24-hour security and a jungle gym, which gives extra peace of mind. .

Neighbourhood

Muizenberg itself is one of the most family-friendly areas in Cape Town. We spend weekends between the beach, the St James coastal walkway, and Kalk Bay’s tidal pools and cafés aswell as water slides and Putt-Putt . Everything is close, easy, and relaxed. When we want bigger adventures, we head to Silvermine for some Hiking , Cape Point in search of wildlife , or to see the Boulders penguins in Simonstown — all quick, beautiful drives away

Getting Around

There is a Maxi - Grocery store 500m away where basic shopping can be done ( Walking Distance) otherwise Ubers and Bolts are plentifull .
