The location really is special—you're surrounded by rolling vineyards and have dozens of tasting rooms within a short drive, yet you're only minutes from great restaurants, farmers' markets, and everyday conveniences. It's peaceful without being isolated. Our neighborhood is friendly and safe, with that nice balance where neighbors look out for each other but respect privacy. The backyard has views of the nearby mountains surrounding the area.

Brian

Our family of three spent two months housesitting in Australia last year and absolutely loved it. The experience showed us how much we enjoy staying in real homes and neighborhoods rather than hotels, and we're keen to do more home exchanges and housesitting around the world. We're a responsible, tidy family who treats other people's homes with respect. Our child is used to traveling and understands the importance of being careful in other people's spaces. What we love most about home exchanges is the chance to experience everyday life in new places. We shop at local markets, find the good coffee shops, and enjoy getting to know neighborhoods beyond the tourist areas. After our positive housesitting experiences, we'd love to explore more options.
