General Overview
Beautiful art, music, and book-filled home, with large front and back gardens. Living room, four bedrooms, one ensuite and a main bathroom upstairs, with a shower room downstairs, utility room and two home office spaces. We have a games area with Fossball table, piano and drums. The kitchen/dining room is a large open plan space, with a Sage coffee machine, Neff ovens and Arke water machine. Outside there's ample seating around a fire pit, and a large deck with Barbecue/outdoor kitchen, space to kick around a football and sit on the deck. There is a bus stop outside the house and it's a 15 minute walk to the DART, which brings you to Dublin city centre in less than 50 minutes. There are many bakeries and award winning restaurants and cafes nearby, including the Happy Pear. Lots of local tracks and trails, forest parks, Wicklow mountains and beaches to explore.
The Space
Architect designed, light filled home. Underfloor heating downstairs and radiators upstairs. Four bedrooms, three bath. Large comfortable living room with two huge sofas, ottoman, coffee table and television. Open plan kitchen and dining area, with games space. Two office spaces, one with piano and television. Lots of children's toys/games/fossball. High chair. Large deck with seating and fire pit. Large garden for playing football and games.

Getting to my home
You can drive ( we have space for two cars) or take a bus, DART or taxi to my home.
Nearest airport
Dublin Airport is a aprox 50km away, about an hours drive depending on traffic.
Getting Around
There is a bus stop right outside the property. The train station is a 15 minute walk away. The DART train takes you to Dublin in under 50 minutes. There are cycle lanes throughout Greystones and Delgany (we have four bikes available). There are bakeries, pubs, a wine bar and grocer and supermarket and pharmacy and take away coffee only minutes away from our home.

We are a couple in our forties, with two children, aged twelve and fourteen. We work in the arts and have travelled extensively. We live in a beautiful part of Ireland, close to the sea, city, and mountains. We enjoy the outdoors and love our community. There are lots of incredible bakeries, vegan cafes, restaurants and wine bars nearby. Our house has great facilities for families; lots of books, toys, big front and back gardens, bikes, small vegetable garden. Neff ovens, Sage Coffee machine, Arke Water Dispenser, Wine Fridge. We also have two workspaces. Everything you need to feel at home during your stay.
