Our apartment is a modern 2-bedroom apartment located on the 21st floor of a beachfront high-rise in the heart of Surfers Paradise. The apartment is absolute beachfront with 180-degree ocean and around 32 klms of continuous uninterrupted beach views.
The Space
The kitchen is modern with all expected features (large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, oven, air fryer, coffee machine, etc). The ensuite, main bathroom and laundry have recently been fully renovated. There are two bedrooms both with air-conditioning, built-in wardrobes, the main bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed and the second bedroom has two single beds. The living and dining room are also airconditioned. The complex is secure with restricted afterhours access, lifts that are floor restricted, a secure allocated parking spot and common area security cameras. There is a nice size balcony to BBQ and to take in the sunrise, beach, ocean and city views. The complex features (unfortunately some of the building facilities may be closed in 2026 with building works/repairs ongoing):
• Outdoor pool
• Heated indoor pool
• Spa
• Tennis court
• BBQ and entertainment area
• Sauna
• Directly across the road from patrolled surf beach
• One minute walk to the G-link light rail and bus station
Guest Access
We are on the 21st floor with great views. There are several lifts. There are a few steps into the building that could be an issue for those with mobility issues. This property is not suitable for people with mobility scooters or wheelchairs.
Notes
We are very close to the beach with the noise of the surf constant. Even though we are on the 21st floor we still get noise from the surf plus some pedestrian, traffic, council work on the beach and the street at night. All part of the Gold Coast experience.
Things to consider before contacting us:
- our apartment is on the 21st floor and may not be suitable for very young children,
- there is no smoking in the complex common areas and our apartment (there is a grassed area a short walk across the road to smoke),
- there no visitor pets allowed in the complex,
- in case you have allergies we do look after our daughters small non malting/shedding dogs occasionally.
For reciprocal exchanges we do not charge or pay a cleaning fee. We will leave your home exactly as we found it.
We would be happy to discuss a reciprocal car exchange.

Neighbourhood
Our apartment is opposite the, lifeguard patrolled, surf beach. Its a short flat 5 minute walk to the Surfers Paradise entertainment precinct of Cavill Avenue. An hour bus trip to iconic Coolangatta and around an hour light rail/train trip to Brisbane CBD. Transport to Gold Coast theme parks (Sea World, Movie World, Wet & Wild, Dream World, Nickelodeon Land and Australian Outback Spectacular) departs locally. There are many supermarkets, clubs, hotels, restaurants, cafes and entertainment venues within a short walk. If requested, I may be able to organised a couple of bikes that you can use to get around the local area. Buses and light rail leave from the rear of the building (1 minute walk).
Within our area there are also a lot of water activities. Parasailing, kite surfing, whale watching (depending on time of year), deep sea fishing, diving, snorkelling, beach fishing, surfing and swimming (flatwater or surf). We have snorkel gear, boogie boards, beach umbrellas, an inflatable SUP, fishing gear, etc, all available during your stay. There are also surf schools and hire shops nearby.
Getting to my home
We are about a one hour drive from Brisbane CBD. There is a train/light rail combination (it goes via Brisbane CBD) that stops directly behind our building from Brisbane airport, it takes about 1.5 hours. The Gold Coast international airport is in Coolangatta, it's about $80 via taxi (possibly cheaper via Uber).
