General Overview

Our apartment is available for short-stay exchanges (up to 10 days) in the very heart of La Latina, the most historic and vibrant neighbourhood in central Madrid. It is the perfect home base for discovering the city. Its location is so central that you can walk to all the main attractions if you choose.

The Space

The appartment is a fourth-floor with a lift, bright and offering charming views over the neighbourhood rooftops. Ideal for a couple (it has one bedroom with a double bed), but it can comfortably accommodate up to four people, as the living room sofa converts into a double bed. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need.

Guest Access

A quiet building with a lift, so you can get upstairs effortlessly after a long day exploring the city.

Neighbourhood

You are in the centre of everything, yet on a surprisingly quiet street that allows you to truly rest. Forget the metro if you prefer. You are just a short walk from the Royal Palace, the Almudena Cathedral, and their gardens. On Sunday, you are literally 5 minutes from El Rastro (the famous flea market). And for an aperitif or the classic calamari sandwich (bocata de calamares), the Plaza Mayor is a pleasant 15-minute walk away. La Latina is Madrid. It's all about tapas, terraces, and authentic neighbourhood life. Small shops, local markets (like La Cebada), and the feeling of being in the Madrid of the locals. It is the perfect place if you are looking for an authentic experience, good food, exploring the city on foot, and having a cosy home to return to. If you want to live Madrid like a local, this is your place!
