Hospitality Description: We can offer between 1-2 nights accommodation when we are at home. Breakfast would be self serve (continental). We can show you the local beach and provide travel tips for the best surf breaks and where to explore to make the most of your time here in the beautiful Nambucca Valley. Now that we are retired we are home during the day, as is our dog Ruby, so you must love dogs.

General Overview
Charming coastal house just a short stroll from North Valla Beach located half way between Sydney and Brisbane on the NSW mid north coast. Our home is set high to enjoy sea breezes and ocean glimpses ensuring a private & peaceful home.
The Space
2 bedrooms (both with queen beds), living areas & main bathroom will be available for exchanges. Well equipped modern kitchen and 3 decks, to catch coastal breezes.
Main guest bedroom with queen bed has shady deck with outdoor shower and is air conditioned. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and fan.
Airconditioned (split system) in lounge, garden, bbq.
Guest Access
Our home is best suited to older kids and people with excellent mobility as there are a lot of stairs (at least 12 to get to main living area).
Notes
Close to a few surf breaks at Valla, Nambucca, Scotts Head and Sawtell. For those into kite surfing, South Valla Beach is a popular spot.

Neighbourhood
Valla Beach is a quiet coastal community with 2 cafes, a grocery store, a pharmacy and a pub. We are located 10 minutes from Nambucca Heads, and 25 minutes from the creative town of Bellingen. Coffs Harbour (the main town) is about 30 minutes along the highway. Ideally suited to people with their own car, so you can explore the beautiful Coffs Coast. We are located between two national park reserves so plenty of places to walk. Local Tennis Courts available for hire.
North Valla Beach is a stunning 4km stretch of empty golden sand and a few surf breaks. If you have the correct licence and vehicle, you can drive down the beach track and along the sand to fish, surf or swim. There are also rock pools, headlands and even a cave or two to explore.
Getting to my home
Located halfway between Brisbane and Sydney, we are 10 minutes off the M1. 10 minutes north of Nambucca Heads and 30 minutes south of Coffs Harbour (closest airport).

Getting Around
Walk to Cafe/local grocery store (10 minutes) . Ideally our home is suited to those that will have access to a car and are free to explore the local area. The beach is a short 5 minute walk down through the bush.
