General Overview

Our flat takes up the ground floor of a beautiful Edwardian house just off of Streatham Common on a family-friendly street. It’s bright and full of character, with high ceilings and a large open-plan kitchen and living space that opens through tri-fold doors to a private 50-foot garden, ideal for summer dinners or quiet mornings with coffee. The living room has a home cinema setup with Dolby Atmos. We have a main bedroom with an ensuite, a comfortable guest bedroom, and a separate home office. The layout makes the space feel open and welcoming while still offering privacy and quiet corners to work or relax. We love being a short walk from The Rookery Gardens and Streatham Common, as well as great cafés, bakeries and pubs nearby. There’s free on-street parking, and getting into central London is easy with several stations close by. It’s a calm and charming base for exploring the city while feeling like part of a real neighbourhood.
