General Overview

Our home is a light-filled, modern 2-bedroom apartment with a dedicated study nook in leafy Lindfield on Sydney’s Upper North Shore. It’s a calm and family-friendly neighbourhood close to cafés, parks, bushwalks and only a short walk to the train, making it easy to reach the city, beaches and surrounds. It’s a comfortable, relaxed space ideal for couples, remote workers, or small families looking for a peaceful base while exploring Sydney.

The Space

The apartment features an open-plan living and dining area that opens onto a leafy balcony. Main bedroom: King bed with ensuite and access to a small functional balcony (great for fresh air and morning coffee). Second bedroom: Set up with a queen daybed (comfortable for one or two), suitable for adults, teens or children. Study nook / office: Dedicated workspace with desk and chair — ideal for remote work or trip planning. Kitchen: Fully equipped with gas stove, barista coffee machine and grinder. Comfort: Air-conditioning, internal laundry with washer/dryer. Family-friendly: Travel cot, stroller/pram, car seat, high chair, and child-proofing items available on request. Toys and books also provided. The space is bright, comfortable and thoughtfully set up for longer stays, whether you're a couple, small family, or travelling for work.

Guest Access

Guests have full access to the entire apartment. There is secure building access and one allocated parking space in the garage. Please note: There is an internal staircase between living areas and bedrooms.

We are experienced, respectful home exchangers and hosts with over 10 years of positive hosting/guesting across Airbnb and other platforms. We care for our home and will treat yours the same way. We are happy to adapt sleeping and children’s setups based on your family’s needs — please let us know in advance so we can prepare the space accordingly.

From Sydney Airport: Train: Airport line → Central → T1 North Shore Line → Lindfield (approx. 45–55 mins) Car / Rideshare: Around 30–40 mins depending on traffic The apartment is an 8–10 minute walk from Lindfield station.

Hi! We’re Lourdes, Harry and our 2.5-year-old daughter We’re a friendly, travel-loving family based in Sydney. We love good food, the ocean, the mountains (snowy or green), weekend markets and discovering local gems wherever we go. We’ve hosted through Airbnb and Couchsurfing for 10+ years, always with great reviews for being respectful and easy guests/hosts.
