General Overview

Our home is a bright and stylish family house that mixes modern comfort with a touch of old charm. It has four bedrooms, two bathrooms and a guest toilet. The open-plan kitchen and living area are spacious and great for cooking, relaxing and spending time together. A wooden staircase adds character, and outside you’ll find a big terrace with a barbecue, a garden and a pool, perfect for sunny days and relaxed evenings. We’re in Cologne-West, close to an S-Bahn station with trains to the main station in about 12 minutes. A big shopping centre and a tram line to the city are both around a 15-minute walk away. The University of Cologne is also easy to reach. The neighbourhood is quiet and family-friendly, with supermarkets, local shops and a weekly market all close by. It’s a comfortable, welcoming place, a mix of old and new, ideal for enjoying Cologne like a local.
