The kitchen, dining, family room, and screened porch are also on the main ground level floor. Descend a short flight of stairs with railing to a den with TV, Shower/bath, hobby room, and third room with two twin beds.

Overlooking a quiet harbor ideal for kayaking, the home is minutes from Lakeside beach, the renowned Crowbush Golf Course, and the sweeping sands of the Greenwich Dunes. With a car, you can explore the charm of Charlottetown, visit Cavendish and Anne of Green Gables country, and enjoy traditional ceilidhs filled with music and local spirit.
