The minimalist moody! It’s a lifestyle. We lived. In the heart of Chelsea next to the Google building , Chelsea market, Meatpacking district, Highline, Art galleries etc… The ACE 14th street train line station is just at our doorstep. It’s a 5 floor walk up ( your glutes may or may not thank you) pre-war building. It’s 1 bedroom, 1 bath and kitchen with a 40year old gas stove that just simply refuse to give up. I would say it’s about 350 square feet. The spouse had the bedroom door removed due to the cats he had and we kind of like the availability of door less. This apartment located on the 5th floor is saturated with sunlight (infact it’s too much on sunny days….i sound like I am bragging but I’m not) and to combat this, we have thick blinds
The Space
Going forward after returning from a 2 year gallivanting, we have decided to embrace minimalism (sort of… still having some issue to detach with some goods…but I am getting there). The place is decorated with essentials and most importantly easy and friendly for cleaning and vacuuming. We have create space for ourselves and guests to have empty spaces to store their things.

5 floor walkups. Gravity is not a friend but your glutes will thank you.
