Family friendly home that's full of life. Baby proofed for younger families. Walking distance from local fisherman community and shops.

The Space

Montessori style play areas for young children. Mud kitchen and sandbox. For adults there's a bouldering wall (40° incline). Lots of plants for fresh indoor air. Heat pump Solar panels

Guest Access

Like most Canadian coastal houses, this one has all the bedrooms in the basement level (half in-ground so there's still loads of natural light). 2 flights of stairs to access each main levels. Baby gate included!

Cute hiking trails nearby (look up Salt Marsh) Beautiful dog-friendly beaches (Fisherman's Cove and Rainbow Haven) and great surf for those who like surfing. Diving spots within driving distance. Local fisherman market and local shops. Fresh local lobster!

Getting to my home

Easy access from highway but removed enough to enjoy quiet time outside. 25 minutes from airport. 15 minutes from downtown.
