General Overview

Our 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom home is a beautiful modern family home with a large garden in a lovely little town called Yarm. We have stunning nature walks less than 5 mins from our door. The beautiful quaint market town of yarm is stunning and a 4 minute drive or approx 25 min walk from our home and the train station that brings you to york, Durham, Edinburgh, London is 10 mins walk from our house.

The Space

Our home has a large kitchen, living room, office & downstairs bathroom, upstairs are 3 double & 1 single bedroom, one with en suite and main bathroom We also have a large enclosed safe garden with a swing / slide set for any younger children and have some toys / board games for children. Parking for 1 car is available

Notes

We are a 2 minute drive pr 10 minute wlak to the train station & local shop. 4 min drive or 25 min walk to yarm town. Behind our houses is a forest walk that's beautiful and sometimes have deer you can see early in the morning. Our area is very quiet, safe and the neighborhood is a lovely community feel

Getting to my home

If flying you could fly into Newcastle Airport & get a train from Newcastle central station to yarm. Or from Leeds Bradford airport, you can get the airport bus to Leeds city centre then a train from Leeds to yarm. If driving we are 1 hour from both airports, I am happy to help with directions or plans if needed. If taking the train we are 2.5 hours from London & Edinburgh 45 mins from York, durham, Harrogate 1 hour from Leeds 2 hours from Manchester

Getting Around

If walking we are 10 mins from local shops, train & bus. 25 mins from yarm town walking. But if driving 2 minutes from local shop, train station, Aldi, chemist, Chinese, local pub. 4 minutes from Yarm town which has an abundance of shops, pubs, restaurants, supermarket and everything else you could need.
