General Overview

Welcome to the Montafon! In the middle of the mountains, skiing and hiking are part of our everyday life! On 98 m² of living space there are three bedrooms, a bathroom with shower & bathtub, two separate toilets, a living room and a fully equipped kitchen with dining area and two terraces. This house was completely renovated by us from 2016-2017 with a lot of love and completed at the end of 2017.

Notes

Our house is currently still a holiday home. From April 2026 we will move into this house ourselves and from then on the 3 bedrooms will be divided into a master bedroom with a double bed and 2 children's rooms. Which beds are available in the children's rooms has not yet been fixed.

You will find our house just above the town limits from Schruns to Bartholomäberg. Very central and felt still in Schruns but still the enjoyment of the mountain feeling with breathtaking views of Schruns. You can enjoy this view in a deck chair from our large terrace, or from the balcony of the 2 bedrooms on the upper floor. You can reach Schruns within a very short time via the footpath.  In about 20 minutes you are in Bludenz - the next town and in about 50 minutes you are in BREGENZ in the capital of Vorarlberg - directly on Lake Constance. In the border triangle between Austria, Germany and Switzerland. Distances: Innsbruck (Tyrol): 148 km / 2h 6 min Bregenz (Vorarlberg): 66 km / 52 min Lindau (Germany): 76 km / 1h Munich (Germany): 250 km / 2h 50 min Lake Konstanz: 108 km / 1h 25 min Zurich (Switzerland): 168 km / 2h
