General Overview

The apartment is spacious - 120 square meters with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Apartment is located very central in nice gate closed complex, cars is no allowed, so very safe for kids. The flat is located on the 3 rd floor with elevator. It is also very quiet, what is rare in central Rome. We’ll provide you with fresh towels, linens, bath products, and anything else you may need. This space is ideal for families or couples who want to enjoy a beautiful, local home with a welcoming atmosphere and convenient access to the best of Rome.

The Space

On the entrance you will find big open area living room and kitchen. Kitchen is full equipped with all appliances that you may need. In the living room you can find TV and Projector for cosy evening. Also there are books and board games, feel free to take. Than there are 3 bedrooms with queen and king beds and 2 bathrooms, one with shower, other with bath. Also there is separate storage room with washing machine.

Guest Access

Super calm, nice area around the building, gate closed with concierge on both sides , cars not allowed. Palm trees and fountain in the complex

We always have 3rd bedroom available, it can be suitable for up 2 people. Children are welcome

Neighbourhood

The flat is centrally located in one of Rome’s most authentic and charming neighborhoods, just a few minutes from San Giovanni in Laterano - the oldest and most important church in Rome, known as the “Mother and Head of all Churches in the City and the World.” You’re also only about 20 minutes by foot from the Colosseum and within easy reach of Rome’s main historical sites, either on foot or by public transport. The metro (line A to Vatican and C to all cities centre) and bus stop is nearby. The area is lively yet residential, with local cafes, bakeries, parks, and small shops just around the corner, perfect for experiencing everyday Roman life. We will be happy to share our recommendations: roman restaurants, pizzerias, bakeries, cocktails etc.

Getting to my home

You can reach Rome by car, plane, in the sea, etc. Public transport from all airports. Metro is nearby with A and C line. You can go everywhere.
