Comfortable living room, kitchen and dining room, lots of windows, light and airy, terrace with views of Lake Merritt, in East Bay city of Oakland, California. It’s a great neighborhood, with weekly Farmers Market. Close to downtown, Trader Joe’s, shopping, restaurants and cafes.
The Space
You will enjoy the Master bedroom with private bathroom. Bedroom has queen size bed. Sheets and towels included. There is a study nook with desk for laptop. Captains bed has drawers for storing clothes. Plus a large vanity with additional drawers.

There is a washer and dryer on the ground floor of building.

In addition to the lake, which has boating and other activities, there is an historic movie theater in the neighborhood. The Grand Lake theater. Lots of cafes and eateries with a broad range of ethnic foods. The weekly organic farmers market provides fresh produce and prepared foods as well as live music and entertainment.
