General Overview

We love our home for the fresh mountain air and wall of windows overlooking the golf course. It's a year round paradise in nature. Trails, lakes and rivers with wonderful weather in the Spring, Summer and Fall. Winters are our favorite whether it's playing in the snow, hitting up one of the world class ski resorts nearby, or cozying up by the fireplace after a dinner with friends and family. Access to the expansive HOA amenities are available for additional fees (pools, hot tubs, gyms, cross country and downhill ski, bike trails, beach marina, etc...). Truckee is a cozy little mountain town with great restaurants and shops to explore. Donner lake and the Truckee River are wonderful spots to cool off in the summer months. Near Lake Tahoe for more sightseeing and activities.

Winter weather may require 4 wheel drive with all season or winter tires.
