General Overview

I personally took care of every detail of the spaces and furnishings, mixing contemporary style with a boho touch, creating different objects with diy. The atmosphere is relaxing thanks to the neutral and bright tones that recall the colors of light blue, white, sand and wood, of the beach and the sea. The house is equipped with the main equipment and cared for with extreme love also for this reason which concerns hygiene. Light and warmth await you.

The Space

The apartment is located in an area slightly above sea level, 700 meters from the beach. So from the beach, on the plain, you have to go up a bit to get there. However, this has some advantages such as the fact that there is more ventilation, the space around the house is less closed and you can very well leave your car in the free parking lot in front of the house to go to the beach. On the Marche coast, the turnout during the summer is high and it is not easy to find parking near the beach. For example, we never take the car, except to go shopping at the mall. At 250 meters there is the small historic center of the town, which has about 15,000 inhabitants, and the "Rocca Tiepolo" open in summer for concerts is 80 meters away. For those who love cycling, there is a lot of cycle path. The interior is a space of 35 square meters very well divided, we have just renovated: everything is new and I wanted the spaces to comply with the regulations on habitability (which is not taken for granted in Italy). The apartment is in a small condominium of 8 families but the entrance to my two apartments is independent. There is a single entrance, a small shared landing and then the two doors of the two apartments. The first apartment has a living area with full kitchen and armchairs, a double bedroom and a bathroom with washing machine and shower. The second has the living area with sofa, full kitchen, bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 single bed and the sofa bed that acts as a fourth bed. Bathroom with washing machine and shower. In total there are 8 beds, 2 kitchens and 2 bathrooms. Air conditioning certainly. There is also a small terrace with a sink and drying rack for beach towels or clothes. For our guests we have 1 umbrella with two deck chairs free of charge at the nearest chalet. This is a plus-ultra that you will rarely find. It is difficult to have an umbrella if you have not booked in time. And especially for people who come from areas where the sun is not strong, it would be difficult to be without a shade. Here the heat is felt. The apartments are used : one to accommodate via famous platforms. The other is for me, my family and friends. They are furnished in a contemporary and linear way, no frills. Everything is meant to be easily cleaned After each stay we do an ozone sterilization. We particularly care about hygiene. This is why we have chosen not to host animals: to avoid possible allergens and above all to ensure the best for children. We have a cot, a baby bath, a stool, a high chair, all things that were for my children (they must be asked for some time in advance, however, because we have to organize them well), and some games. There is TV for basic use and wi-fi of course. Each room has a desk that can be used for PC work or reading, or as a dressing table, or as a children's play area.

Guest Access

We are on the ground floor so if you have strollers, prams hurry up to enter the house: there are no stairs. As explained above, the area is elevated above sea level: there is a small climb to get there on foot. People with little mobility may find it uncomfortable. We have a safe for keys: we are always present at check in but if necessary you can enter independently.

Notes

I personally take care of everything because I really like to take care of hospitality and be sure of cleaning and small attentions. My dream is to have a hostel where cultures, languages, and all ages mix and cross.

Neighbourhood

The area is quiet because we are still in a tourist town for the summer. In winter there are fewer people: many are tourists. We are far from railways and busy roads. The condominiums are quiet, so far they have never had problems. Higher up there is a hill where you can go for a walk. My region, LE MARCHE, is full of historic villages clinging to the tops of the hills. Some are medieval, others from different eras but always very old, and are made of brick or stone. We have wooded areas, with streams and lakes, where you can hike, the warm beach, and the wonderful mesmerizing FRASASSI CAVES that you absolutely must visit (go and see them online!) In the town there is a train station that can be easily reached.

Getting to my home

The town is small, it is easy to find your way around, as it mostly develops along the coast and only for a few few kilometers. There are two motorway toll booths: one at 5 km and one at 8. Then I will give you indications on the last stretch.

Nearest airport

FALCONARA airport is 71km away, it takes about 50 minutes to get there. PERUGIA airport is 146 km away, it takes 1 hour and 50 minutes. The one in Rome, which is the most complete, where all the flights arrive, is 277 km away and takes 3 hours.

Getting Around

We will have bikes available(*) Or you can rent them if there are many. There is a train station very close. Public transport is there but it does not cover all time slots and it depends on where you want to go. For the provincial capital city there is the city bus. To go inland, it is good to rent a car also because the conformation of the villages predisposes to the use of cars. The buses are there but more than anything else they cover the school time slots.
