General Overview

It is small but comfortable and close to everything: Playa del Carmen, the beach (20 min), Cancun airport (45 min), cenotes, action parks (xcaret) and ruins (Tulum and Chichen Itza). It has glass fiber internet, air conditioning in every bedroom and the kitchen/living room, ventilator in the main bedroom and the living room, mosquito nets on the windows, many plants and a small balcony. We have an italian coffee machine and a big fridge (incl. freezer). The main bedroom has a comfortable king size bed and the other bedroom is mostly used as wardrobe/office but also has a comfortable spare mattress. It´s not that central in Playa del Carmen, but therefore you can sleep at night. The jungle is right next door. The pool is just 20 m from us and mostly empty while always clean. There is also a barbecue, a playground, parks and a little outdoor gym area in our private community. The area is safe and very clean.
