Our home is all about the view — the one that takes your breath away and makes you fall in love with Colorado instantly. Known as our “One Million Dollar View,” it captures everything this state represents: majestic mountains, endless pine trees, and skies that transform with every season. When you step onto the deck, time seems to slow down. You’ll hear nothing but the sound of birds, the wind through the trees, and sometimes the gentle steps of deer walking across the yard. In winter, it feels like living inside a Christmas postcard — pure magic surrounded by snow. In fall, the mountains burst into gold, red, and amber hues, blending perfectly with the evergreens. Our home is a modern mountain cabin — cozy yet contemporary, minimalist yet full of warmth. It’s designed for comfort and connection, with large floor-to-ceiling windows that frame the most breathtaking view you could imagine. We searched for three years across Colorado before finding this place, and the moment we saw the view, we knew it was home. Every morning begins with yoga in front of the window, often by the fireplace when it’s cold. In the evenings, we love cooking for friends in our gourmet kitchen, sipping wine as the sun sets behind the mountains. Lulu and Zeus, our two small dogs, are always nearby, curled up in their favorite corner of the bedroom. Guests often say the same thing — that this home has an energy of peace. It’s a sanctuary filled with positive vibes, freedom, and gratitude for God’s creation. Here, you don’t just stay — you breathe, you feel, and you reconnect with the beauty of nature. We always make sure our guests feel at home, leaving Colorado wine, infused water, coffee, and little local treats to welcome them. The Living Space: Step into a light-filled open-concept living room framed by floor-to-ceiling windows that reveal the iconic One Million Dollar View — endless mountains, pine forests, and golden sunsets melting into the horizon. Vaulted ceilings, natural wood finishes, and skylights bathe the space in sunlight by day, while a gas fireplace adds a cozy glow at night. Whether you’re curled up with a glass of wine, meditating on the yoga mat, or reading by the fire, this space invites peace and reflection. For the holidays, the home transforms into a warm Christmas postcard — complete with a beautiful tree and festive touches throughout. 🍷 Kitchen & Dining: The open kitchen is the heart of the home — a space for cooking, laughter, and connection. Enjoy preparing meals while gazing at panoramic mountain views, then gather around the cozy island (seats 4) or the dining table for 6. Fully equipped with modern appliances, cookware, and local Colorado coffee, this kitchen was made for togetherness. 🛏️ Bedrooms The master suite features a luxurious king bed, ensuite bathroom with double vanity, skylight, and bathtub, plus a large walk-in closet and 65” TV. Wake up to sunrise views that spill across the mountains — it feels like sleeping inside a painting. The second bedroom has a queen bed and peaceful mountain views, ideal for family or friends. There’s also an additional queen air mattress for extra guests and a sofa in the living room that can fit 1 single person. 🛁 Bathrooms Both bathrooms feature bathtubs and skylights, inviting soft natural light and serenity. 🌲 Outdoor Living The expansive deck is where the magic truly unfolds — a panoramic lookout where you can sip coffee at sunrise or stargaze under crystal-clear Colorado skies. Practice morning yoga (mats and blocks provided), enjoy outdoor dining, (not on winter) or simply listen to the forest’s symphony of wind and birdsong. Wildlife frequently visits — graceful deer, curious foxes, and the occasional elk passing by. 💫 Extra Comforts High-speed Wi-Fi (for when you must reconnect) Washer & dryer Garage parking for one car + additional space outside Heating system thought the entire house and a cozy electric fireplace in the master bedroom. Guest Access

Guests have private access to the entire top floor (1,100 sq ft) with a private entry and smart lock code, as well as full access to the outdoor spaces and deck. The lower level is an independent in-law suite with its own entrance. This is our second home, lovingly designed for travelers who value peace, connection, and authentic mountain living.

A few important details to make your stay seamless and comfortable: ✨ Cleaning Fee A one-time cleaning fee of $185 applies to each stay. Our cleaning team ensures the home is perfectly prepared for your arrival, with crisp linens, spotless spaces, and a welcoming atmosphere. ✨ Concierge Services (À La Carte) We’re happy to offer personalized concierge services to make your mountain escape effortless. Reaching our mountain retreat is part of the magic — a scenic and peaceful drive that gives you a true taste of Colorado’s natural beauty. We are located just 15 minutes from downtown Evergreen and 45 minutes from Denver, making this home the perfect balance between mountain serenity and city convenience. The route to the house is fully paved and well maintained, offering easy access in all seasons. During the winter months, the city ensures daily snowplow service, so guests can arrive comfortably even after fresh snowfall. From Denver International Airport (DIA), it’s an easy 1 hour and 15-minute drive, mostly via I-70 West and Evergreen Parkway (CO-74) — a breathtaking road lined with pine-covered mountains, creeks, and scenic viewpoints. Once you enter Brook Forest / Shadow Mountain, the drive becomes even more serene — surrounded by nature, clean mountain air, and an unmistakable sense of peace.
