Neighbourhood
The flat is a 10-15 minute walk from the Seafront and even less from a host of bars & restaurants. The main Brighton shopping area including the Laines & the pier are about 45 minutes away on foot or <10 minutes on the train or bus.
Getting to my home
Nearest airport is Gatwick which has direct train links to Hove station which is a 5 minute walk away - the journey takes less that 30 minutes. You can also get to London in under an hour from the station.
By car, its a 30-35 minute drive down the M23.

Everything you need is within walking distance but it's a short bus or train ride to an even wider range of options.
If you want to enjoy the Sussex countryside it's only a 15 minute drive to Devil's Dyke which has spectacular views over the South Downs.
