Inside, you’ll find: • A fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast nook. • A bright main room set up with a living area, two workspaces, and a sleeping space. • A separate dressing room and a pink-tiled bathroom with a tub. • Hardwood floors, built-in cabinets, and a view of the Hollywood Hills. There’s a laundry room in the building, and I’ll provide a street parking permit.
