It’s a lovely and sunny place of France with many beautiful villages with tasty markets to visit. Get lost on the small roads with some century-old plane trees in the middle of the sunflowers fields and many vineyards. This is the place to be! Our home is just only 15 mn from downtown. Enjoy the life of a Southern city , Toulouse, with its good restaurants, friendly pubs, great shopping in old charming streets. Our home is an old farm in the middle of the fields. The house is really charming with a gorgeous garden in the summer months. There is a large wood deck around the pool with a very old olive tree. It’s a home where life is enjoyable and the living is good.

The space

The house is an authentic hundred-year-old small farm with a beautiful garden (3760 sq feets) and a pool in the middle of the fields and at 9.3 Milles of the city of Toulouse My house of 2152 sq feets has 2 levels. On the first level, there are a charming kitchen, fully equipped with modern appliances and a dinner aera for 6 persons, a laundry room, a large and sunny living room equipped with a television, Hifi ,and with two big windows overlooking the garden and the pool and finally a small guest bedroom for 1 people with a shower. WIFI internet available. On the second floor, there are one children's bedroom (king bed), the master bedroom (king bed ou 2 single beds), a bathroom and a library on a mezzanine. There are one terrace in front of the house at the shades of a big tree and another one near the pool. All the terraces have outdoor furniture. the pool is an octagon of 6m in length

Neighbourhood

Toulouse is an old city, very pleasant and charming with many good restaurants and shopping. The city is very famous for its gastronomy: Foie gras, Cassoulet, Armagnac,Gaillac wines.... There are many places to visit around the house: the city of Albi with its cathedral and the Toulouse Lautrec museum, the Cathare castles, Lourdes, the "Canal du Midi", the castle of Carcassone and many beautiful old villages. If you prefer nature, you can do trekking or canyoning in the Pyrénées mountains (2 h drive) And also the Mediterranean coast (1H30 drive), Bordeaux and the famous wine yards (2H30 drive), Atlantic Ocean coast with magnificent wild beaches (3H drive) and Barcelone (3H30 drive).
