The apartment is light, modern and easy to live in, with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The living area is open-plan, with a comfy lounge, dining space and a kitchen that’s fully equipped for cooking (dishwasher inc). Big windows let in lots of natural light, and the balcony is a nice spot for a morning coffee. The main bedroom has ensuite, and both rooms have built-in wardrobes. There’s also a laundry, lift access, secure parking and double glazing, so it stays peaceful even though you’re close to everything. Step outside and you’re right on busy Sydney Road, packed with cafés, bars, vintage shops and great food from all over the world. Trams and trains are less than 5min away and run straight into the city. Downstairs is a community garden and park with playground for kids. It’s a lively, friendly area that’s fun to explore but easy to retreat from when you want downtime.

Our two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment is right in the heart of inner north Melbourne. You’ll have cafés, bars, shops and both train and tram to the city on your doorstep. The apartment is bright and quiet, with an open kitchen/living area, balcony, and a well-equipped kitchen. The main bedroom has its own ensuite, and there’s secure parking and lift access. It’s a comfy, easy base for exploring Melbourne — whether you’re into food, live music, markets or just wandering the neighbourhood. We also have the best neighbours who are very friendly and have created a wonderful community! We are looking to swap with you in Paris, France in 2026!
