Neighbourhood

The house is located in Amsterdam in the area of Ijburg.It is a residential area , with many parks, children playgrounds and 2 beaches to choose from. There are many bars and restaurants at the marina, 5 minutes walk from the house and the beaches are easily accessible and great to enjoy when the weather is nice ( 10 minutes walk ) The supermarket, baker, butcher, etc..are all located 5 minutes walk.

Getting Around

Tram 26 takes you to Amsterdam Central Station within 15 minutes. The accessibility by car is also excellent. Rotterdam (50 min), The Hague / Scheveningen beach (40 min). Schiphol can be reached in 20 minutes by car.
