General Overview

Modern loft-style apartment in the first floor located 6-minute walk to the beach, and 1-minute walk to famous 5th Avenue. Plenty of places to eat and shop within walking distance

The Space

The apartment is a 46 sq meters open plan area including a small modern kitchen (fridge, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker), dining table, a 50" TV, a king size bed and a twin sofa bed. It has a bathroom with shower and a balcony overlooking the street. There is an ocean-view terrace on the 6th floor, overlooking the beautiful Caribbean sea and charming Cozumel island. The terrace is equipped with a pool, sun deck and a gym.

Guest Access

To enter the building you'll need to key-in a numeric code. The apartment is on the ground floor, however you'll need to climb around 10 steps from the street level to get to the door. The pool and terrace are on the 6th floor, but there is an elevator/lift.

There are plenty of places to eat and shop within walking distance. 5th Avenue, the main entertainment street, is just around the corner. Getting to my home

Fly to Cancun International Airport (CUN). From the airport, you can take a taxi or bus to Playa del Carmen, which is located 57 km South of CUN. If you use a taxi it will take you directly to the apartment. If you use the bus, it will take you to the bus terminal (Terminal Turistica). From there you can walk for 15 minutes on 5th avenue to get to the apartment.

Getting Around

You can walk to many restaurants, bars, shopping and beaches. The ferry terminal for Cozumel island is also within walking distance. If you need to go further afield you can flag a local taxi in the street. To get to Mayan ruins or cenotes you'll probably need to book a tour, or rent a car.
