General Overview
Both of my properties are in Derry City in Northern Ireland. You will have the Choice of a 3 bedroom house, with a double bed in each room, fully functioning and has everything you would need for a break away. The other is a 2 bedroom, 1st floor apartment, with a double bed in one room 1 and a kingsize bed in the other. 10 min drive from City centre. Both properties are created to provide a 'home-from-home' experience. Both properties are a great base to travel the historical city of Derry or the beautiful sights of Donegal.
The Space
The house is a mid terraced house, with not much space outside. However, it's a very short walk to all local amenities, a park, gym, shops, bars, hair & beauty salons etc... it has 3 double beds (1 in each bedroom) and sleeps up to 6 people. It has a loving room, dining room, kitchen and shower room/bathroom.
The Apartment is a first floor apartment, everything is within a short drive or bus trip away. It has 2 bedrooms, 1 with a double bed and the other with a kingsize bed, kitchen snd shower room/bathroom.
Guest Access
3 bedroom house: 2 floors, stairs leading to the upstairs bedrooms.

Getting Around
Buses operate all through the day and pass both of my properties every 20-30 min. Taxis are quite cheap in Derry. There is a train station that will take you further afield if looking to explore other parts of N.Ireland.. Donegal is accessible by car and has the most stunning scenery.

My name is Gary and I live at home with my wife and 3 lovely children, aged, 18yrs, 14yrs & 11yrs old. We love to travel with our children being into both irish dancing and jui-jitsu, we take advantage of the far away competitions and get to see other countries while we are there. I run two short stay let properties in Derry, N.Ireland. One is a 3 bedroom house (sleeps 6) close to Derrys city centre, and the other is a 2 bedroom (sleeps 4), 1st floor apartment , 10min drive from the city centre.
