Neighbourhood

Our neighbourhood is typical of the city centre, with some social issues, as in all big cities, but it remains peaceful and safe. The neighborhood is mostly made up of families and young professionals, with a great atmosphere and a great sense of community. We are close to the French-language university hospital, the offices of Fisheries and Oceans Canada and the Université de Moncton, as well as downtown shops and the Avenir centre (Hickey concerts and games). There is a busy park with children's games at the end of the street.

Nearest airport

Greater Moncton International Airport is a 15-minute drive away
