Our two-bedroom and two-half bathroom, open-plan level-entry beach house is designed for easy living, with a seamless flow between the indoors and outdoors. The spacious deck overlooks a sparkling 9 x 4m pool, the ideal spot to unwind after a day at the beach.

This home is a single-level property, making it ideal for guests with limited mobility. With no stairs to navigate, it offers easy access and comfort throughout your stay.

Neighbourhood

Nestled in a quiet neighbourhood, yet just minutes from shops, cafés/restaurants, and the beach. Less than 2 km from Maroochydore City Centre and Sunshine Plaza Shopping Centre. A short 30-minute drive takes you north to Noosa or south to Caloundra or to the charming hinterland villages of Maleny and Montville (famous for their scenic walks and boutique shops).

Getting to my home

From Brisbane City, 100km north along the M1/Bruce Highway and turnoff onto Sunshine Motorway/State Route 70, exit the Alex Headland turnoff. We are 10 mins walk from the local public bus service. Currently all public transport fees are 50cents.

Nearest airport

Located 14mins drive from Sunshine Coast Airport (MCY) or approx $20-30 for a Uber/Taxi service. Or fly into Brisbane International Airport (BNE) and is just shy of 100km drive to Alexandra Headland.

Getting Around

6 mins walk to an IGA grocery shop or Bottleshop. 20 mins walk to Aldi supermarket. Bus stop as at the end of our street (5 mins walk) or along the esplanade (8mins walk)
