Welcome to my spacious and modern apartment that's ideal for both relaxing and working remotely. The apartment has two bedrooms, as well as 1 full bathroom and a half bath. However, I've converted the second bedroom into a home office. So, there's only one queen size bed in the apartment. A portable double air mattress is also available for use by guests.
The apartment features high-speed fibre internet, a 75-inch smart TV, and an in-unit washer & dryer. All furniture in the apartment was purchased brand new just a few months ago.
Since the second bedroom is being used as a home office, this 1,084sf apartment is ideal for a couple or solo traveler.
The apartment building is in Downtown Newark and offers a 24-hour concierge in the lobby of the building. Amenities include a fitness center, yoga studio, rooftop terrace, bike room, package room, library lounge, and game room.

"My preference is a long term stay in Los Angeles for at least 1 month. However, I'm flexible on the dates and time frame."
People Like Us is the world's most trusted home exchange community. We believe in sharing, trust, generosity, respect, communication, equality, cooperation, honesty, hospitality, friendship, flexibility and adventure. We take pride in our homes and we care about the environment in which we live: our village, city, country and our planet. We care about the ethos of home exchange and we do it because we love the experience and the friendships that it generates.
