General Overview

Our home has a beautiful view looking out over the beaches and onto the Kaikoura ranges. A walk down to the coast and a 20 minute drive to the centre of town. Well connected with public transport.

The Space

Our home is a modern house build to a high spec in 2018. We have recently moved in and have been enjoying making it into our home. 3 storeys with views overlooking the sea and the alps. 2 decks and large balconies off both the master suite and the living area.

We are situated on a hill and so it is a steep uphill walk back to our home from the local village. Car would be handy for exploring everything the area has to offer
