Guests must have vehicle. Additionally, 4WD or chains required in winter when snow or ice is present on road leading to neighborhood which is indicated by a flashing sign at bottom of mountain. Boone, NC - 20 min Sugar Mountain - 15 min Banner Elk - 15 min Blue Ridge Parkway - 18 min
