Neighbourhood
Foodie heaven! A tonne of south Asian restaurants, cafes and coffee shops, and bars. Tooting market is a must - bars and restaurants galore. Lots of local shops and Supermarkets (Sainsbury, Lidl, M&S food hall about to open). Lots of takeaway shops (McDonalds, KFC and everything else in between). It’s a thriving and buzzy - but safe - neighbourhood with easy access into central London. Wimbledon is also a bus ride or walk away.
Getting to my home
Tooting Broadway (tube) is a 5 min walk. Tooting Station (overground - this is about a 15 min walk)
Nearest airport
Gatwick and Heathrow are both <1 hr in an uber.
Getting Around
Walking and tubes! Or hiring bicycles (at end of street)
