My home sits in a magical part of Burbank called The Rancho. Close to Disney and to Universal Studios, it is zoned for horses, goats and pigs. Don't be surprised if you see neighbors walking a few goats or miniature horses around! It is just over the hill from Hollywood and a quick jaunt to Studio City. The home is on a quiet very safe block with a park at the end. I gutted the home when I purchased it and made it more my style - open, contemporary, bright. This is such a great way to live in LA - explore the awesome culture and happenings and then come home to a small town feel. The wonderful park at the end has a playground, tennis courts and a basketball court. Walk to nearby diner for delicious brunch or a barbecue dinner - just three short blocks away. This space comes with a parking spot.
The Space
The home is BRIGHT with a large kitchen with marble countertops and stainless steel appliances. Enjoy your coffee right outside the kitchen to the very bright patio. Rooms have custom wardrobes where I will try to make space for your things. There is a piano, ukelele, guitar. Pickleball paddles (pickleball is about 1 mile away and free at our local courts). There is a ping pong table and paddles. A big deal to a lot of folks is our Migun rolling jade massage bed - so I've included a photo in my house description. Lie on it after a long day and feel heated jade rollers go up and down your body. It's pretty special.

Neighbourhood
The sweetest park with wonderful playground, tennis courts and basketball court on the same block. Walk to Basecamp Dinette for a very yummy breakfast, brunch, dinner. Walk to Celia's for Mexican. If you want to drive a mile away, there is a host of restaurants on Riverside Drive. Very friendly. The Washington Post did an article on this neighborhood and the horse that you will see trotting along our streets.
