General Overview

Our home is a detached modern 'Tudor' home with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms set over 3 floors. On the ground floor are 2 large living spaces – 1 with 2 sofas, a fireplace and terrace access, and the other with a sofa, flatscreen TV and breakfast nook with window seating. There is a formal dining room with a family-sized table seating 8 and a fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, coffee maker and everything a guest would expect. There are 4 bedrooms – the primary bedroom is on the ground floor and has a kingsize bed and an ensuite bathroom with bathtub. Upstairs there are 2 kids’ rooms – 1 with a twinsize bed and 1 with a bunkbed, as well as an office with standing desk. There is a separate family bathroom with a bath tub for use by these bedrooms. The fourth bedroom is in the basement – a daylit multipurpose space with a queensize bed, 1/2 bathroom, office, TV and play area, and a Peloton bike. Outside, there is a spacious deck area with glass balcony, heaters, and grill, a huge English garden, a patio area with benches and fire pit, a kid’s treehouse, and play area with swings, slide and jungle gym. Kids will find lots to love at this residence, with plenty set up just for them. There’s a spacious playroom in the daylit basement, fully stocked with toys and books and a large TV for movie screenings and downtime. The kids’ bedrooms are bright and colorful with bunk and single beds and more toys to play with. The daylit basement offers additional sleeping space with a queensize bed. Scooters, bikes, Ebike, and more toys than you could need! There’s a huge back yard and play area to explore and a treehouse that the kids will adore. The local area is peaceful and family-friendly, with sidewalks large enough to cycle or scoot, and playgrounds walking distance away. Bikes and scooters are provided for keen cyclists and Discovery Park with its trails and woodland play area is just 15 minutes ride away. Two cribs, 2 highchairs, wagon, baby and kid toys and a baby bath are provided. Ideal for 4 adults and 3 kids, but blow up beds make it flexible.
