General Overview

Welcome to our spacious, bright, family-friendly home in Southeast Portland! The first floor includes an open-concept kitchen/dining/living room with large windows and doors to both a porch leading to the backyard/deck and a separate small barbecue deck. There is also an office on the first floor. We have a private backyard with a deck and a small, cedar hot tub. The second floor includes a master bedroom with a king bed and adjoining bathroom, and two children's bedrooms with a second bathroom. We have an attic floor with amazing views of the west Portland hills that we use as a playroom and a second office. In addition, there is a guest room and bathroom in the basement., Our living room includes a large television, electronic keyboard and gas fireplace. The kitchen: gas stove/oven, large fridge, microwave, toaster. Laundry room with washer/dryer Easy walking distance to many restaurants, cafes, stores, parks and public transportation.
