We love our house deeply because we have completely redesigned and renovated it with a modern and contemporary style, favouring noble and quality materials. The heart of the house is our expansive open living space, where the living room, kitchen and dining room are one. A friendly place where people meet, cook, share... Always together, always connected. Outside, the large swimming pool, garden furniture and summer kitchen equipped with a pizza oven and plancha promise delicious moments under the sun. An independent outbuilding, with sofa bed and private bathroom, allows you to enjoy a quiet space if desired. Upstairs, the master bathroom offers a large bathtub for two, perfect for relaxing. The bedding is top-of-the-range, the house is equipped with fiber for ultra-fast internet, and it is possible to charge an electric vehicle on site. We are ideally located: at the foot of the Calanques National Park, with hiking departures to Sormiou, Morgiou and Marseilleveyre, only 5 minutes by car from the beaches and 20 minutes from the city center of Marseille. And for the practical side: a large shopping centre at attractive prices and a petrol station are within a 2-minute walk. We're just 5 minutes by car from beautiful beaches and 20 minutes from the city centre of Marseille. For everyday convenience, there's a large, budget-friendly supermarket and a petrol station only a 2-minute walk away.
