The Space

Cozy condo with king bed in the bedroom and queen and twin sleeper sofas in the living room. The living room, dining room, and kitchen have an open concept and the water/beach view can be seen from every single room. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for your stay. Balcony access from both the living room/dining room and bedroom sliders. The balcony offers tall chairs and a table so you can relax with your morning coffee or evening glass of wine while dolphin watching or reading.

Guest Access

The condo offers quick elevators so no waiting! Parking lot is very close to the elevators so very convenient.

Notes

* The condo association only allows 4 guests per condo. * There is washer/dryer in the condo complex. * Ground floor parking just steps from the entrance. * There is a cleaning fee of $125 that will need to be left for the cleaner upon your departure. You don't need to worry about cleaning when you leave. Stay and enjoy the condo without any work! We have a professional cleaner that cleans after each stay. You can also be assured the condo will be spotless upon your arrival with the professional cleaning.

Panama City Beach is a beautiful place to visit with so many things to do. The beaches are the most beautiful in the world and there are so many activities to choose from! Lots of places close by! Many within walking distance (a mile or less). Getting to my home

The condo is a short 30 minute ride from the Panama City Beach airport. We recommend getting an Uber or renting a car if you plan on venturing out.

We love to travel and exploring new places! So happy to share our main home and our beach condo in Florida to fellow travelers. Billie owns an accounting firm and work remotely so can travel anywhere there is reliable internet. Jim is retired from owning a trucking company. We are a quiet, respectful, and non smoking couple who love to travel and are so excited to be new to this group and looking forward to making new friends!
