This two bedroom guesthouse, perched atop Byron Bay Golf Course with sweeping views over the green, offers all the tranquility you need. Situated 5 minutes from the heart of Byron Bay, but nestled away from the hustle and bustle of town. Anne’s on the Green has views for days, catches all the breeze and provides a calm that your holiday needs.

The Space

With such a view, the generous covered deck has been designed so you can spend your time outside enjoying the vista on the sun loungers and sofa. As you enter, you’ll be welcomed by the stylish furniture and and warmth of the design. A full kitchen is there if you wish to cook, but with so many amazing restaurants to try in Byron, and the golf Club metres away, why would you? Two bedrooms offer a queen bed in one room and either a king bed or two long singles in the other. A lovely bathroom and European laundry complete the space and provide all you need.

Hello there, My name is Suzanne, my husband is Jono and our children are Rocky (14) and Bodhi (12). We adopted the house swap life early on, as my husband is a superyacht sailor. He was away for long periods of time, so we used to swap our house with a family where the boat was, so we could be together. We live in a beautiful place called Byron Bay, in Northern NSW, and our house is located right on Byron Bay Golf Course.
