General Overview

Our Home is in a quiet residential area within walking distance to a supermarket, cafe & restaurant. We love our home for the proximity to the City Centre, and the space inside and outside that we have, which is rare for a central house here in KK.

The Space

We have 4 bedrooms each with Queen - King Size Beds in. 3 are upstairs, 1 downstairs. Each upstairs bedroom has an attached En-Suite shower room; the downstairs bedroom has a shower room next door. We have an open-plan dry kitchen, dining room and living room downstairs with Smart TV, and a wet kitchen, laundry, storage, toilet off this open plan area. Upstairs we have a living area on the landing with sofas and Smart TV, and the 3 bedrooms. Outside we have a wrap around garden and carport. In the garden we have a barbecue and sink, and a small above-ground swimming pool.
