A historic part of LA, this area and surrounding neighborhoods are artsy & trendy - only a few minutes drive to neighborhoods like Frogtown & the LA River, Silver Lake, Echo Park, and Downtown Los Angeles. Very close to Dodger Stadium if you’re a baseball fan!

Within a minute walk, you’ll find great restaurants and cute stores, including options for dietary restrictions like vegan or gluten-free. Easy access to the highway. Nearby park and community pool. Places of worship nearby.

If you’re a movie lover, there is also a video rental store in Echo Park called Vidiots! They also have a theater and play films throughout the week - both current and past titles.

In the parking lot of the building, that’s where you can find a larger washing machine & dryer. I also have a one that you can fill yourself if you need a more gentle option.

Want to stay in, or need to work? TV in the living room & projector in the bedroom. There is a desk in the bedroom & a monitor with a stand for a laptop + keyboard + mouse will be available!

There’s a farmers market every Tuesday night.

Won’t be renting a car? You’re also right outside the Metro & near multiple bus stops so wider LA county is your oyster!

Nearest airport

Hollywood Burbank Airport (BUR) is the closest and very easy for both departures and arrivals. It's only 25-30 minutes away WITH traffic. 18-25 without.

For LAX, without traffic: 20-30 minutes. With traffic, 45-1hr30min.

Getting Around

The apartment is directly adjacent to a metro and multiple bus lines! It is also a walkable part of Los Angeles, so there are many restaurants and shops up and down the main street.

Hello!

I was born & raised in Texas but have been in California for 10+ years.

I’ve been to Germany, Poland, Czech Republic, Mexico, Nicaragua, Puerto Rico, and China - and more recently, France, Italy, and England! Looking at Hungary as a next step :)

I am 30 and enjoying this decade - looking forward to continuing to pause, reflect, and be in the moment, while planning for the future. 💕

I think I’ve gotten to straddle some interesting worlds and I’m interested in seeing and learning even more.

I love film, words, wind, sun, and water. And just being. 🧘🏽‍♀️ but am usually much busier than that.
