Northeast Portland close to food shopping , public transportation, street parking easily available. Well established neighborhood of single family homes. Home built in 2010 though looks like older Portlander four square. Many restaurants, coffee shops and food carts within 1/2 mile.

1st floor, kitchen, Dining, living room, 1/2 bath and office. Second floor: 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and Den/TV room. Hardwood floors except carpeted bedrooms and tile in bathrooms. Small front yard front porch and fenced large back patio.

3 bedrooms, 1 king, 1 queen and twin bed with twin trundle and full size crib. Also have a portable crib and baby/ toddler supplies and toys if desired.
