General Overview
Anchored on the scenic Tennessee River in the heart of downtown Knoxville, this beautiful houseboat offers a one-of-kind stay that blends comfort, adventure, and unbeatable location.
Designed to sleep up to eight guests, the boat features a modern chef's kitchen, and an expansive 69-foot deck perfect for dining, relaxing, or simply soaking in the river's natural beauty.
From sunrise over the water to evenings spent under the city lights, guests are treated to stunning fiver views and the constant presence of wildlife-playful otters, graceful ducks, geese, and the occasional beaver making its way along the banks of the Tennessee River.
Just steps away, you'll find two of Knoxville's best restaurants featuring traditional barbecue and award-winning steaks, while a short walk connects you to the vibrant energy of downtown.
Explore the world-class museums, catch a game at the Smokies baseball stadium, or cheer on the Volunteers at the University of Tennessee's athletic facilities.
Step into nature at the IJAMS Nature Center, with hiking, climbing, and wildlife exhibits within a short bike ride of the boat. And if you're craving mountain air, the Great Smoky Mountains National Park is just a 30-minute drive away, offering endless hiking, scenic drives, and natural wonders.
Adventure is just outside your door. Launch into the river with kayaks or paddle-boards, book a scenic dinner cruise, or hop on a classic old-time paddlewheel boat sightseeing tour for a fresh look at Knoxville's skyline.
Whether you're seeking a unique family getaway, a gathering spot with friends, or a peaceful retreat on the water, this houseboat is the perfect blend of luxury, nature, outdoor adventure, and Tennessee charm.
