General Overview

Living on the top floor has great benefits! You get your daily workout climbing up five flights of stairs and fully enjoy the rewards every time. When thinking about the best part of my home, I honestly can't pick one. There are many great things about this flat, which are all nicely balanced. For example, the balcony is my favorite part in the summer: it's like a green oasis, and it feels like living in the treetops. But because of its large windows, which face south, you will always have enough light coming in, even on the shortest days of winter. The flat is located quite centrally to many things you would want to see around the city. Especially if you are more into sub-cultural experiences, like seeing live performances of unknown artists of all kinds (music, poetry, performance), hanging out at fancy bars, old Berliner Kneipen, or dancing in an underground club. No matter how exhausted you are after a day or night out, you always come back to the sounds of leaves rustling in the wind in the summer or distant city sounds in autumn or winter. The floor plan is convenient: a separate bedroom with a desk, daylight lamp, and monitor, a large bathroom with a bathtub next to it, a small corridor for jackets and mirrors, and a large studio space with a kitchen, a sofa (which can be turned into a double bed), two desks to work on, a kitchen table for up to 4 people, a low-volume drum kit and large windows that open up to a wide balcony that stretches along the entire south side of this house. I am looking forward to jumping on a call with you and telling you a little bit more :)

Hey, I'm Felix! I grew up in the heart of Germany, surrounded by nature. To pursue my drive for creative outlets, I moved to the city and have been living here for over a decade now, which allows me to call myself a Berliner.
