Neighbourhood

Our home is located in Valencia’s charming residential La Petxina neighborhood. The area offers a true local feel while still boasting numerous cafés, bakeries, bars and excellent restaurants. Tree-lined streets and the nearby Turia Park (2-minute walk) provide peaceful spots for walking, jogging, or cycling. The bustling touristy old town with its stunning medieval architecture and lively plazas is only a 10-minute walk. Multiple bus and metro lines are just steps away, making it easy to explore the entire city, with all its different neighborhoods and beaches.

Nearest airport

The airport of Valencia is only a 15 minute drive by car or taxi. There's also a direct metro line going from Valencia airport to Angel Guimera (about 10-minute walk from our home).

Getting Around

Everything is walking distance. Alternatively, many bus lines and metro lines in the vicinity to explore the city and the beaches. There are two bicycles in the basement that can be used as well.
