General Overview

We are offering our 2-room apartment (50 m²) for a short holiday exchange from 05/10 to 12/10/2025, around Christmas time, or in February 09/02–22/02/2026. We are also open to a longer exchange for about a year, preferably in Malta. For short holiday periods, we are open to proposals. We are a family of four, with two children aged 3 and 8. The apartment is located very close to Dresden’s Baroque Zentrum and the Elbe River, with a bike path along the river just 2 km away (only 3 minutes by tram). The beautiful Baroque park is only 500 meters from the apartment.

The Space

The apartment consists of two rooms: a living room with a sofa bed for two people and a bedroom with a large double bed. It has a large sunny balcony and a shared laundry area with a washing machine and space for drying clothes. The apartment is very bright and cozy.
