General Overview

My apartment is located on the seventh floor of a very good nine-story building from the late 60's, very characteristic of the area where it is located. Before moving I totally redid it adapting it to modern life. The apartment is composed of an entrance hall, guest bathroom, study, a large living room and dining room in the shape of an "L" with window and balcony overlooking the street, a well-equipped kitchen and the en-suite bedroom with its full bathroom. The views of the apartment are very unobstructed and 100 meters away is the beautiful Plaza Barrientos with restaurants and cafes. The entire apartment has windows to the street with DVH that make the apartment soundproof. The light and sun throughout the day is one of the features that make it very pleasant to be in. The apartment is very well decorated and decorated. It has hot/cold air conditioning and an individual dual boiler for heating and domestic hot water. The wooden shutters are automated.

Fernando

I am Fernando, an Argentinian and an economist by profession. Since March 2025 already retired. I have lived in the city of Buenos Aires for more than 30 years and although I already had the joy of being able to travel frequently from my retirement, they will be more extensive trips. I have a very small family and since most of the members live in Europe my idea is to spend half a year based in my apartment in Marbella to combine family with holidays and tourism.
