Welcome to our mountain townhome in Fraser, Colorado—just minutes from Winter Park Resort and the beautiful trails of the Fraser Valley. We are excited to share it with fellow travelers, especially those who love mountain biking, hiking, skiing, or simply escaping to the mountains for some fresh alpine air. The home is a comfortable 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom townhome with a private garage, bike storage, and all the essentials for a laid-back stay. It sleeps 7 comfortably, with a king bed in the primary and a queen bunk bed setup in the second bedroom (great for kids or extra guests), as well as a pull out couch in the living room. A fully equipped kitchen, smart TV, Wi-Fi, and in-unit laundry make it easy to settle in. 🛏️ 2 Bedrooms 🛁 2 Bathrooms 🚲 Garage & bike storage 🔥 Gas fireplace 🌄 Balcony with mountain views We're just down the road from Trestle Bike Park, and surrounded by hundreds of miles of singletrack trails, forest roads, and scenic byways. It’s an outdoor lover’s paradise in the summer, and a ski haven in the winter. We primarily rent it out during ski season, but we love using it for family getaways in the warmer months—and we’d love to swap with others who enjoy the outdoors as much as we do. We're open to simultaneous or non-simultaneous exchanges, and are particularly interested in other mountain towns within driving distance of Denver (CO, UT, NM, AZ, WY), or direct flights from Denver.
