General Overview

Welcome to our private and secure urban oasis in the middle of it all! Our home is 2,200 sq ft. newly decorated as of 2022 with a modern farmhouse vibe. It has all of the modern amenities, a well-outfitted kitchen with all the gadgets and appliances you will need (Ninja Foodie, crockpot, mixer, Vitamix, air fryer, food processor, Keurig, etc.). Each room is equipped with a flat-screen TV. It is a two-story home with common areas downstairs, and 3 large bedrooms upstairs (one with a King bed, one with a Queen bed, and one with a Full-size bed with a pull-out twin-size trundle. 3 full bathrooms. It is perfect for families of 4 to 6 people. High-speed internet, solar power, air-conditioned, and heated. Our outdoor spaces are a perfect place to enjoy drinks and watch the sunset. There is a BBQ/Smoker, solo stove firepit, and plenty of comfortable seating to enjoy our outdoor garden. Within the secure gated community is a large and sparkling clean heated pool and hot tub with lounge chairs and table seating, a playground, and a dog park. Off-street parking is available in our garage or driveway. Our home was renovated in 2022 so we would appreciate our guests taking extra care in looking after our place. Jordan

Lori and Jordan love living in the Tucson desert. We've been here since 1997 because we love the warm climate of the southwest and the amazing outdoor activities available year round here. We retired young to enjoy an active lifestyle while traveling the world. We love biking, hiking, and being outside. Our 2 sons…Jacob (22) and Ethan (20) are in university and travel with us from time to time. We have a long list of places we want to go all over the world, so don't hesitate to reach out with exchange ideas. We enjoy exploring big and small cities and having lazy days on sunny beaches with a fruity umbrella drinks, or a bucket of beers.
