General Overview

A cozy cape style house that is surrounded by a quiet wooded area with trails leading to a beautiful pond that sometimes has loons! . Snowshoeing is fantastic! A little bridge over a stream in the back brings you to the trails . The house is minutes to Lake Sunapee which offers beautiful beaches, a harbor with cruises in the summer and restaurants year round. Mt Sunapee ski resort is 15 minutes away. Nearby is New London, a college town with awesome restaurants and shops to visit.
